To be allowed as a Member of this website, you only need to agree with the End User License Agreement of the Software CyberForceField, as detailed below.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Of CyberForceField
CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE.
THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (AN INDIVIDUAL) (HEREAFTER REFERRED TO AS "YOU" OR "LICENSEE") AND TIMESAVERS INTERNATIONAL ("LICENSOR") ALSO CALLED T!ME, FOR THE SOFTWARE CyberForceField ALSO CALLED CFF, WHICH INCLUDES COMPUTER PROGRAMMING CODES (SOFTWARE) AND ASSOCIATED MEDIA, ONLINE OR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION AND PRINTED MATERIALS.
BY CLICKING ON THE "Submit" BUTTON BELOW, AND BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, YOU MAY NOT INSTALL AND USE THE SOFTWARE.
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed, not sold.
In this agreement:
- "Selling CyberForceField" means selling a "license of" or a "license to use" CyberForceField.
- "T!ME" stands for the company Timesavers International Pty Ltd.
- All points presented here are respecting the Fundamental Human Rights (as stipulated in point 19). If one of these points was in contradiction with them, the Fundamental Human Rights should prevail.
T!ME provides its software and licenses its use either directly or through authorized and qualified "T!ME Resellers". You assume responsibility for the settings and the impact of the program CyberForceField, also called CyberForceField, to achieve the intended results, and you assume responsibility for the installation, use and results obtained from the software CyberForceField. You understand, agree with and accept the following terms:
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
T!ME grants to you, and you accept, a non-exclusive, and non-transferable license (without right to sub-license) to use the Software CyberForceField as defined herein on a single computer and on a single operating system. One license is only valid for one installation only at a time. It is possible to uninstall CyberForceField, and reinstall it on the same computer or another one, as long as the uninstallation process has been done properly and a new registration key has been issued for the product during the uninstallation process. New Installation Keys might not be issued when an abuse is apparent.
As CyberForceField is a locking system, you agree to install it in a computer ONLY IF you are the owner of the computer concerned or you have the authorization of the owner(s) to install CyberForceField in it.
2. DETAILS OF THE INSTALLATION PROCESS OF CyberForceField - INSTALLATION STEPS.
The installation of CyberForceField is done in 4 steps:
- Screen -4 consists in accepting this EULA, which is necessary to be able to continue the installation.
- Screen -3 consists in choosing an administrator password and a "Rescue Datetime" fundamental for the use and control of CyberForceField (see point 4)
- Screen -2 consists in choosing an installation folder and accepting the recommended default settings. (see point 5)
- Screen -1 consists in activating the product by entering a valid installation key obtained from the T!ME Support Team (see point 3)
3. ACTIVATION OF PRODUCT(S) AND INSTALLATION KEY(S)
To complete an installation, an "Installation Key" needs to be communicated to you by the T!ME Support Team.
To obtain an Installation Key to activate CyberForceField and finish the installation (step -1), you will need to supply to the T!ME Support Team, directly or indirectly, yourself or with the help of a T!ME Reseller, either by email, phone, Internet phone - IP Phones like Skype and Firefly-, the following "KEY REQUEST" form, that you can also find online at http://www.cyberforcefield.com and on the invoice supplied by T!ME when the product has been delivered.

If you send this form by email (please include the stars at the beginning and at the end of the form then), by using the information supplied on your invoice. If you wish some support for this installation process, you can contact the T!ME Reseller who has sold CyberForceField to you or the T!ME Support Team.
You can note in the form above that there is a different field when CyberForceField has already been uninstalled and you wish to reinstall it again.
T!ME is committed to supply to you the requested Installation Key(s) as soon as the request has been received and validated.
4. PASSWORD AND RESCUE DATETIME
You understand that you are responsible for remembering the "administrator password" and the "Rescue Datetime" which you obtain during the installation process. The administrator password allows you full control of all settings of CyberForceField and to stop it or uninstall it if you wish. The Rescue Datetime is a combination of a date and a time helpful in some cases of loops of crashes at startup. "Startup" and "boot" are the same thing and describe the set up session that the computer executes when it starts until it is ready, showing Windows desktop. If the computer starts within about 7 mn after this time on that date, CyberForceField will be turned off and the administrator password will be reset. Setting that date and time with the BIOS settings when the computer starts allows you to recover a forgotten administrator password AND allows you to remove CyberForceField during the boot when, for example, it prevents the installation of new hardware and the computer to finish booting. This can happen when a new hardware like a video card is installed and CyberForceField has been set to launch "at startup" and the Protection State is on High Protection, preventing the installation of hardware and software.
If there is any risk that you might forget your administrator password or Rescue Datetime, you can write them at the end of one of your favorite books inside a sentence that you invent, preferably without explanations about what this sentence is for. This gives you an extra chance to recover your password by yourself.
5. DEFAULT SETTINGS
You understand that the default settings of CyberForceField prevent the modification and the installation of programs inside your computer without turning down CyberForceField's protection locally or globally by using special features and settings of CyberForceField. CyberForceField sets locks inside your computer which monitors the access to files and you need the administrator password to remove these locks when needed.
It is strongly recommended to keep these default settings during the installation process even if you want to replace them later with settings that you have previously saved from an earlier version for example.
6. EXPLANATION OF "SOFTWARE PRODUCT"
CyberForceField is a Software Product. "Software Product" means
(1) the machine-readable object-code versions of the Software contained in the media (the "Software"),
(2) the published user manuals and documentation that is made available for the Software (the "Documentation") and
(3) any updates, upgrades or revisions of the Software or Documentation that you may receive (the "Upgrade").
Under no circumstances will you receive any source code of the Software. Software Product provided for use as "backup" in the event of failure of a primary unit may be used only to replace the primary unit after a failure in fact occurs. They may not be used to provide any capability in addition to the functioning primary system that they backup.
7. TRANSFER, DONATION AND RESELL
You may not transfer, donate or resell any T!ME Software Products to any third party without the authorization of T!ME. CyberForceField is licensed to you, not sold.
You may not copy, translate, modify, sub-license, adapt, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any Software Product in whole or in part except to make one copy of the Software solely for back-up or archival purposes.
You understand and agree that the software will not be used in such a way that will violate local or national laws. T!ME will terminate this right-to-use license if violation of any laws or other similar illegal activity is reported and documented.
8. LIMITATION OF WARANTY AND REMEDIES
T!ME does not warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements or that operation of the program will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Software is furnished "AS IS" and without warranty as to the performance or results Licensee may obtain by using the Software. The entire risk as to the results and performance of the Software, its documentation and the support services is assumed by Licensee. Licensee accepts the risk of such possibility and hereby waives all rights, remedies, and causes of action against T!ME, its Resellers and Licensors and releases T!ME, Resellers and Licensors from all liabilities arising there from.
THE WARRANTIES STATED HEREIN ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SOME STATES AND COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY BY STATE OR COUNTRY.
IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED BY CyberForceField, FOR A PERIOD OF 30 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE OF CyberForceField FROM A T!ME RESELLER, T!ME GUARANTEES YOU A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE LESS THE COST OF THE DELIVERY WHEN THE DELIVERY IS NOT DONE ONLINE. (see point 14 for further details about claims)
T!ME AND ITS LICENSORS ENTIRE LIABILITY UNDER, FOR BREACH OF, OR ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, IS LIMITED TO A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT SHALL T!ME OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR YOUR COST OF PROCURING SUBSTITUTE GOODS. IN NO EVENT WILL T!ME OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE.
THE POWER OF CyberForceField DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON ITS SETTINGS THAT YOU CAN FULLY CUSTOMIZE AND MODIFY TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS AND YOU UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LEARNING ABOUT THE SETTINGS TO PROTECT YOUR COMPUTER DATAS WITHOUT DISTURBING THE GOOD FUNCTIONING OF THE COMPUTER.
YOU ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR REMEMBERING THE ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD AND THE RESCUE "DATETIME" THAT YOU CHOOSE DURING THE INSTALLATION PROCESS WITHOUT WHICH YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MODIFY CyberForceField AND MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO DO ALL THE THINGS FORBIDDEN BY CyberForceField BY DEFAULT LIKE INSTALLING NEW PROGRAMS.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO SHARE THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION WITH THE OTHER OWNERS OF YOUR COMPUTER IF ANY, OR WITH THE PEOPLE WHO WOULD NEED THIS INFORMATION TO ACCESS YOUR COMPUTER DATAS IF YOU DISAPEAR.
9. OWNERSHIP
All intellectual property rights including software, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, trade secrets and other proprietary rights in or related to the Software Products are and will remain the property of T!ME, whether or not specifically recognized or protected under local law.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, you may not sublicense the Licensed Materials to any other reseller or distributor. YOU MAY NOT, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, CLAIM, IMPLY OR MAKE STATEMENTS, EITHER FORMALLY OR INFORMALLY TO HAVING DEVELOPED, PRODUCED OR HAVE ANY OWNERSHIP OF THE INTELLECTURAL PROPERTY RIGHTS TO THE SOFTWARE CyberForceField OR OWNERSHIP IN T!ME. SUCH STATEMENTS OR CLAIMS, IF VERIFIED BY T!ME, WILL BE CAUSE FOR TERMINATION OF THIS AGREEMENT AT T!ME SOLE DISCRETION.
10. ONLINE DOCUMENTATION
The documentation online is located at http//www.cyberforcefield.com (or http://www.cff07.com) and some user manuals, flash presentations and documentations can be consulted free of charge, or some others at additional cost. Although a lot of care is taken for their accuracy, you take responsibility for the use of the information provided to you by T!ME, and neither T!ME nor its Resellers or Licensors are responsible for making sure that you understand the power of CyberForceField and how to use it properly at least to the point where your current use of your computer is not disturbed or negatively affected by the settings of CyberForceField, which are totally customizable.
Further support to help you and guarantee that you understand the full potential and appropriate use of CyberForceField is requiring the time of the T!ME support team and therefore is delivered at a fee (see Customer support services - point 11).
Short requests of support by email will be answered as long as the request is made by using the appropriate form on the website http://www.cff07.com. The delay of the answer may vary according to the work load of the T!ME Support Team.
11. CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES
You understand and accept that free support is offered but not guaranteed forever at http//www.cyberforcefield.com and it is not guaranteed to be extensive.
A few support services to suit the needs of people with different levels of knowledge of computers are offered on the website to help you set up, tune your computer and learn CyberForceField as fast as possible. Several "CyberMartialArts" sessions have been designed to graduate your knowledge of the use of CyberForceField and your ability to set it for maximum protection with the programs you are working with and their environment, to optimize the protection of your files against malicious programs, users and hackers according to the current state of your computer and your needs, current and future.

12. CONFIDENTIALITY - PROTECTION OF PRIVACY
T!ME guarantees that it has supplied to you CyberForceField without any spyware, backdoor, virus, Trojan or other malicious piece of computer codes embedded in it, directly or indirectly.
CyberForceField is not accessing the Internet and is not scanning hard drives to collect information about the user. CyberForceField is not attached to any third party spying tool of any kind and the "installation code" is made to be unique for your computer and doesn't contain any private information.
T!ME also guarantees to take strong measures and do all it can in order to protect the privacy of the customers concerning the sales and any contact with the T!ME Support Team. In particular, T!ME will not give, transfer or sell contact details or any private documentations on any media concerning customers to third parties without the authorization of the customers involved.
You also agree to respect the confidentiality of the private conversations you will have with the T!ME Support Team on any media, by email, phone, IP phone, etc. as well as the privacy of their contact details when they have been supplied to you.
13. YOUR OBLIGATIONS
You agree that you will comply at all times with all applicable international, federal, state/provincial, or local laws, rules and regulations concerning the use of CyberForceField and that you will use the software product CyberForceField and the T!ME Support Services exclusively according to the terms of this Agreement.
You also agree to take all the precautions necessary NOT to forget the administrator password nor the Rescue Datetime as explained in the point 4.
You also agree not to use the tools of the website (www.cyberforcefield.com) to send SPAM (unsolicited mail) to other people.
14. CLAIMS AND REFUNDS - LAW VENUE - SURVIVAL OF CLAIMS
- Neither YOU nor T!ME should be liable for damages beyond your or T!ME's control.
T!ME reserves the right to terminate this agreement in situations beyond its control and in obvious cases of abuses and grants you the same right.
As explained in the point 8, if you are not satisfied with CyberForceField within 30 days after its purchase, you can ask T!ME to refund the purchase price less the cost of the delivery when this delivery has not been done online, provided that you supply to time the Registration Key(s) (AU) obtained after uninstalling CyberForceField.
T!ME will then organise this refund as quickly as possible after validating your request.
Pass 30 days, you are deemed to acknowledge the value of the product and accept not to be refunded.
- This agreement should be enforced in accordance with the laws of Australia.
- Claims have to be made within 12 months after accepting this agreement.
15. TERMS AND TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by UNINSTALLING CyberForceField and destroying all elements of this Software, including all computer programs and documentation, and erasing any copies residing on computer equipment. This Agreement also will automatically terminate if you do not comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon such termination you agree to destroy this Software Product and erase all copies residing on your computer equipment.
16. UNINSTALLING CyberForceField - UPGRADE PROCESS
To uninstall CyberForceField, you need to launch it and login as the administrator thanks to the administrator password and press the uninstall button in the advanced settings in step 3 (see user manual) - You understand that failing to record the new Registration Key (AU) issued during the uninstallation process will prevent you to reinstall CyberForceField in the future on this computer or any other. (AU) stands for "After Uninstallation".
T!ME uploads online from time to time new versions of CyberForceField at http://www.cff07.com. For security reasons, CyberForceField is not upgrading itself automatically and needs to be stopped and uninstalled manually first. The upgrade process has 7 steps:
(1) Export all settings carefully to a folder you have created for this purpose.
(2) Stop CyberForceField.
(3) Uninstall CyberForceField by recording your new Registration Key AU (After Uninstallation).
(4) Install the new version of CyberForceField.
(5) Activate it and finish the installation by using the new Registration Key AU you have just received.
(6) Import all the previously saved settings.
(7) Check that all is in order.
The same Installation Key as previously should be still valid to finish the installation.
And contact the T!ME Support Team if it is not the case. If you want to activate CyberForceField by phone, contact the T!ME Reseller who has sold you the license(s) of CyberForceField.
17. SALES AND DISTRIBUTION RESTRICTIONS
If it is determined that an offer to sell CyberForceField has been made by you or your organization without authorization, your software license may be revoked and terminated, with no refund of funds paid, at the discretion of T!ME.
18. MODIFICATION OF THIS EULA - WAIVER
Any waiver of or modification to the terms of this Agreement will not be effective unless executed in writing and approved by T!ME. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, in whole or in part, such holding shall not affect the validity of the other provisions of this Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and any other related agreements between you and T!ME, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
19. FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHTS
T!ME supports the Fundamental Human Rights as stipulated at www.thefundamentalhumanrights.com and highly recommends that you do also.
20. ACCEPTING THIS EULA
It is particularly important to read this agreement carefully, especially if you are not assisted by a T!ME Reseller during the installation process to remind you about the importance of the installation steps (screen -4,-3,-2,-1) and explain them to you so CyberForceField is not going to lock you out of your own computer.
Important reminder: in the terms of this agreement, you are not allowed to install CyberForceField on a computer which is not yours without the authorization of the owners. This Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and T!ME, and it supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, concerning this license to use CyberForceField.
